If a product or size is out of stock, you can get in contact with us via email (sales@loungeyard.com) or give us a call @ +1-737-204-4008

We'll give you an update as to when that product will be back in stock.

Usually, we receive products back in stock quickly. Be sure to reach out!

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped.
We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return.

This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Not yet! Currently, we only ship within the United States.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out.

Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system.
