Orders & Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimums, no hidden fees.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska are NOT included.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 8–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows can vary by item size and location — larger sets may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate. You can also track from the Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@loungeyard.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched — but we'll always do our best.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items in new, unused condition with original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Is my furniture under warranty?
Yes — every order is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's wrong, email contact@loungeyard.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email contact@loungeyard.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution right away.
Products & Care
Is Lounge Yard furniture weatherproof?
Our furniture is built for the outdoors with rust-resistant frames and UV-stable, water-repellent materials. For maximum lifespan we recommend using covers in extreme weather and storing cushions when not in use for long periods.
Is assembly required?
Most pieces require simple assembly and arrive with clear instructions and the tools you need. Assembly time varies by product and is noted on each product page where applicable.
How do I clean and care for my furniture?
Wipe frames and weaves with mild soap and water. Machine-washable cushion covers vary by collection — check the product page. Avoid abrasive cleaners, and let everything dry fully before covering.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. See our Payment Methods page for details.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Checkout is fully encrypted with SSL and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, secure payment system. We never store your raw card details.
