LOUNGE YARD provides one year of coverage from your original purchase for manufacturing faults affecting materials, workmanship, the frame or mechanical operation during normal residential use. Qualifying products or components will be repaired or replaced.
Coverage excludes ordinary wear, incorrect assembly, misuse, unauthorized changes or repairs, accidents, severe weather and natural disasters. It belongs to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. LOUNGE YARD determines eligibility and the appropriate repair or replacement.
To request service, contact us with your order number or purchase receipt, an explanation of the problem, and clear photos or videos. We review requests and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.
