The fastest way

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a live tracking link. Just open that email and tap the link to see real-time status. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Track from your account

1. Log in to your Lounge Yard account.
2. Open “Order history” and select the order you'd like to track.
3. View status and your tracking link, if your order has shipped.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder and search for “Lounge Yard.” Still can't find it? We're happy to look it up for you — just email contact@loungeyard.com with the name and email used on the order.
