Every Lounge Yard order ships free within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum order, no hidden fees. We believe a beautiful outdoor space should arrive at your door without surprises.

Free Shipping

All orders qualify for free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, regardless of order value.

Processing & Delivery Times

Standard delivery (after dispatch)	8–12 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Larger items and full sets may require additional transit time; any exceptions are noted on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything in our power to meet estimated delivery windows, Lounge Yard cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions or high-volume periods
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact us at contact@loungeyard.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos where relevant. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
