Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your outdoor space. If something isn't right, we're here to help. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unused, in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging, with all parts, hardware, and accessories

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@loungeyard.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive instructions. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving them.
3. Ship it back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is the result of our error — a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@loungeyard.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, assembled beyond inspection, or damaged after delivery

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Need help choosing? Email us and we'll guide you.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@loungeyard.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
