Grind into the portafilter on the built-in grinder with 8 settings, tamp the dose, lock the portafilter in place, and start extraction. The 15 bar pump supplies pressure for single or double shots.
Four preset recipes cover espresso, Americano, cold brew, and hot water. Cold brew finishes in under 5 minutes, so you can pour a chilled cup without an overnight steep.
Three water-temperature settings help match infusion to different beans. The commercial-style steam wand textures milk for lattes and similar drinks from a pitcher under the wand.
The removable water tank holds 67.63 oz. The machine measures 11.22″ W x 14.37″ D x 15.97″ H and weighs 21.5 lb., so leave room to remove the tank and work the portafilter in front.
