Back forms that are easy to release

When baking muffins, cupcakes, or small cakes, releasing them from the mold can often be frustrating: The batter sticks in the mold, breaks off, or can only be removed with great effort. A silicone baking mold solves this problem – the batter releases itself, and you don't need any butter or parchment paper.

Silicone instead of metal

These baking molds are made of silicone, a material that withstands heat while remaining flexible. This is the difference from metal molds: Silicone is not rigid but supple. After baking, simply turn the mold upside down or gently push from the bottom – the finished cake falls out without sticking or breaking. The silicone is food-safe and can withstand temperatures up to about 200 °C, which is sufficient for most oven temperatures.

The egg shape is a nice alternative to round or square molds – ideal if you want to make small, decorative cakes or pralines. With dimensions of 9 × 7.5 × 5.5 cm, each mold is large enough for a decent cake but small enough to fit several side by side in the oven.
